Notebooks Without Lines

Where could I find blank-paged (no lines or grids) notebooks/sketchbooks, similar to moleskines but cheaper?

I’m looking for a notebook / sketchbook that’s like this:
-blank pages
-cheap
-pages tear out somehow (perforated or like a spiral notebook’s pages, as long as the pages aren’t sewn into the binding somehow)
-lots of pages, not like drawing pads at art-supply stores where there are only ~50 really thick pages
-decent quality paper.

I am unsure what a moleskin is, however I would really suggest Strathmore. I have three of these in all different sizes, and my two larger ones (8 by 11 and one that is larger than that for bigger projects) have 100 pages. They are not perforated, but you can easily rip it out of the sketchbook and snip off the edge that connected it to the spiral. I do this all the time!

The paper is nice and thick, and I believe that they offer different textures, though I opt for “light texture” because I tend to have pretty thick and hard lines! You can find these at Michaels. I hope that helps and good luck on your search.
