Why am I having problems with my dell xps m1330 laptop?

So far since I bought it I have had to have the hard drive replaced, and now I’m have program .dll problems. I’ve only had it for like 4 months or less. Why can’t they just send me a new one since I’ve had such problems?
When I try to open Dell Webcam avatar, it say’s “Failure on quering DLL page” I tried reinstalling and installing and it still does the same thing.

Any company should if it came with a warranty just ask for a new one be upfront DEMAND companys dont listen until you do.
