Introducing DIY Laptop Holder
Most laptops have a problem with overheating. Usually people put the books under both sides and leave enough room for circulation so the fans which located under the laptop do not have to work hard. This practical and begged repaired. One solution is to make a tray / stand for laptops. It can sit on a table or comfy in cloth. You can use the DIY laptop holder.
DIY laptop holder made of wood and stands approximately 16 “wide, 12.5″ deep, and 7 “high, with a vacuum. It weighs about 10 lbs. There is enough room under the laptop for air circulation. Additionally there is storage space inside the hollow to put microphone, headphones, etc.
DIY laptop holder look likes a table with four flat parts in the angles of the support. Flat enough to present a space for a laptop sideways movement. In each of the four angles there is a guard 0.25″ high – slightly less than the thickness of the bearing support under the laptop.
The height of the protectors is just high sufficient to avoid the laptop from sliding out, but low enough so that all the jacks, power cord, USB, etc. are accessible, and CD / DVD tray has room for the issue.
When you put the DIY laptop holder on your lap at a comfy height and you don’t have to slump to type, you just sit all the time. Holder with laptop on it weighs around 20 lbs. Both members of the wood under the seat distribute weight evenly, so it can sit on my lap for hours without any worry.
