How do I reassign the “P” button on my Gateway NV79 laptop?
The P button is one of the touch-buttons above the keyboard that opens the program assigned to it just by pressing it. When I first got my computer it prompted me to assign a program to the button, which I chose Notepad, but now I would like to change that to something else. I’ve searched the internet, looked through the Control Panel and read through the User Manual and still have no idea how to do this.
Search for the “Launch Manager” in the Start Menu. If you click on the shortcut, a window will open with available program shortcuts. It took me 10 minutes to figure this out. Hope this helps.
