What is the current highest resolution COMPUTER VIDEO CARD?
This question is NOT about television, so please don’t answer with a bunch of stuff about television. I am asking about computer video cards. Thanks!
All modern graphics cards can support up to 2560×1600 resolution on a single Dual DVI connection.
If you want to be able to play games at this resolution that’s a different matter, you will need plenty of RAM on the graphics card and preferably support DX10 as these cards are in general faster than their DX9 counterparts.
The fastest cards around are:
GTX280
9800 GX2
3870X2
But ATI is bringing a new graphics card out at the end of the month (rumoured around 27th June)
