Whats a good 3d animation program?

I draw alot of anime and cartoons and I want to start making short movies of them in 3D. Im only 13 and I need somthing free to download and easy, I tried blender but Its so hard and confusing i couldn’t understand it. I dont need anything too powerful just something to use so I can make them move and in 3D, I want to try lightwave but I’m a windows user. I want a mac but as I said my parents buy and choos the computers not me.

any 3d designing and animation require a lot of practice and learning basic tools, no real shortcuts,
try making 2d animations, like gif movies,
